Does the admin have full access to the email or is the view in the web console restricted to the header?


In general, no messages are stored in our cloud if archiving is deactivated. Only quarantined messages are kept in the spam quarantine for 14 days and can be viewed or downloaded in full. At the end of the 14 days, they are automatically deleted.

If archiving function is active for your domain, you as the admin can view all messages from the domain via the web interface in the log search and access their headers. For normal e-mail users, access to the messages of their own e-mail address is restricted.

If archiving is not activated for your domain, it is not possible to access messages that are not in the spam quarantine. You can only retrieve the information in the log search (date, sender, recipient, subject, etc.).
