Which information do I need to provide so that a particular behavior can be investigated?

EuropeanNS is based on an anycast network. In order for us to investigate problems or specific behavior, we need to know from you to which of our PoPs (Point of Presence) your request is sent. Due to the anycast technology, an IP address is not sufficient as it is shared across different locations. For this reason, a simple dig or nslookup command is not sufficient to verify the IP address. To get more information, you can use the following command line tools:

• dig soa yourdnsnamehere.com +nsid
