How to log in to the admin panel

To be able to log in to the filtering system you will need an EUNETIC account and a booked EuropeanMX tariff (trial or paid).

Login via the customer area

In the dashboard, you can then either access the existing item under Your last orders or click on the yellow list sign under Email Filter.

In the next step the EuropeanMX packages available in your account will be displayed. Now click on the desired package either on Edit" (yellow button, right) or on EuropeanMX Trial (left) to enter the filter management.

In the filter management you can now manage the domain associated with the previously selected package. To log in to the filter, please click on the button Admin Panel (green button, right).

Direct login to the admin panel

You can log in to the Admin Panel as an admin or also as an email user directly via the URL https://login.europeanmx.eu.

Please note that the login credentials for the Admin Panel may differ from the login credentials for your Eunetic account.

Administrator

Use the email address and password you previously set in the filter through your Eunetic account when you created the domain.

If you do not have the information to access the admin panel directly, then first log into your Eunetic account on our website.

Now select the desired EuropeanMX package in the dashboard and then click on the domain name of the package you want to edit.
In the view Email-Filter Setup you can then find the button Change previous settings. After clicking on it, the domain options will open.
Now scroll down a bit until you see the option Admin Panel. Here you can then set an address as well as an associated password for the administrator, which you can then use to log into the admin panel directly via https://login.europeanmx.eu. For this purpose, use an external mail address that is not administered under this domain!

Email user

As a simple email user, you can also have an access to the admin panel created. However, you cannot make any changes to the settings for the domain. This account is only for viewing the logs, managing the quarantine and the settings for your own mail address.
