Why do I get the message 'PRE-SIGN FAILED!!!'?

You will receive the message "PRE-SIGN FAILED!!!" if the verification of the CAA record in the DNS settings of your domain failed. Please check the CAA record of your domain and correct it. This is the only way we can provide you with a certificate.
