What to do in case of 'unsupported keysize' error?

I get the error message 'Unsupported Keysize'. What do I have to do?

The mentioned error message appears due to an incorrect key length of the CSR used. Currently only CSR with a key length of 2048bit or 4096bit may be used. Please recreate the CSR and try to trigger the order again.
