How can I renew my existing certificate?

Log in to your customer account on our website using your credentials.

Now click on My Purchases and then select SSL Certificates to get to the certificate overview. 

Search for the hostname of the certificate under Valid certificates if this is not displayed directly in the overview.

Go into the certificate details by clicking either on the hostname or on the green button with the black loupe on the right side.

Now click on the Renew button to initiate the renewal. If the button is not displayed, the certificate cannot be renewed yet.

Now select the desired validation method and specify the CSR. By default, the CSR you have already used for your last order will be displayed when you renew. If you want to use a new CSR, you can simply replace it.

Validation must be carried out again for every order, renewal and also for every new issue.

Click Proceed to checkout to initiate the renewal.
