Which contract terms and periods of cancellation must be observed?

The contract terms (minimum term and renewal) for EuropeanMX are based on the number of domains you have linked to EuropeanMX. The following scaling results from our rates:

• For 1 domain ⇒ 12 months
• From 5 domains ⇒ 6 months
• From 25 domains ⇒ 3 months
• From 250 domains ⇒ 2 months

A cancellation must always be given 4 weeks before the end of the contract period. This can be done by e-mail to info@eunetic.com or by fax to +49 7245 919 585.
