What does the "Fair-Use Traffic Agreement" mean? Is a dynamic monthly billing based on traffic usage also possible?

As part of the Fair-Use-Traffic agreement we offer an inclusive traffic of 1GB per domain and year, whereby we calculate a traffic of 100 MB per month.

What happens if the included traffic is exceeded?

During the first three months of the traffic limit being exceeded, no action will be taken on our part. As the name suggests, the traffic agreement should remain fair for all parties involved. An automatic billing of the additional consumption would be less optimal for our customers. After all, it can happen that e.g. due to seasonal reasons or a large number of delivered newsletters the monthly traffic is not sufficient. For this reason, EuropeanMX observes the exceeding first.

If the traffic included in the tariff is exceeded for more than 3 months in a row, you will receive a corresponding notification, as well as our sales representative. Based on the traffic consumption of the past months, we will then prepare an individual offer together with our customer.

Which alternative do you offer?

Alternatively, we can also offer a dynamic traffic billing per month at the explicit request of the customer. In this case the standard price of 4.90 EUR per 100 MB traffic is charged.
