If you do not yet have an Eunetic account with us, you can register on our website for a free and non-binding trial.

If you already have an account, please first log in to our website with your e-mail address and password. You can find instructions here.

How you configure your domain in EuropeanMX

1

As soon as you have purchased a trial or a paid tariff, you can select the menu item Email Filter under My Purchases

2

Now select the desired package for which you want to set up a domain.

3

Click on New Domain to add a domain to the selected package.

4

Please enter the domain name without www for which you want to enable email filtering and click Check.

5

The setup wizard will now attempt to determine the current mail server configuration based on the existing MX entries for your domain and add the values found as target servers to EuropeanMX. Normally, the host name of your mail server should already be recognized correctly and entered under Set up target mail server.

Please change the target server if the messages are to be delivered to a different target server or if the recognized data is incorrect. If you are unsure of the host name under which your mail server can be reached, please ask the provider you use to operate this server.

6

In order to use alias domains, please enter the domain names without www here.

For more information on alias domains, please see our FAQ articles "(How) Can I use domain aliasing?" and "How are subdomains or aliases handled?".

7

In the last step you can set up an administrator access, with which you can log in directly on the website https://login.europeanmx.eu in the admin panel.

Choose an email address that is not administered under the domain you want to secure, otherwise you may have problems logging in as an administrator later on.

For more information on logging in, see our FAQ article "How can I log in to the Admin Panel (the filter's web interface)?".

8

Click Setup Filter... to create your domain in the filter.
