Can I disable the quarantine?



Quarantine can of course be disabled, but we do not recommend it. In this case, all messages, whether spam or not, will be transferred to the destination server.

To deactivate the quarantine, please go to "Incoming - Protection settings" > "Filter settings" and uncheck "Quarantine enabled".

After deactivating the quarantine, you have the option to add an individual marker to the subject of spam messages. You can enter this under "Spam Notation". Furthermore, the values "X-Recommended-Action: accept" or "X-Recommended-Action: reject" are displayed in the header, according to which the messages can be filtered.

If the quarantine is disabled, then the sender will not receive an error message if his message is classified as spam. The error message will be displayed only if quarantine is enabled.
