Is a sender completely blocked after sending me a single spam message?

No, a sender address from which a spam message has been sent once will not automatically be completely blocked. The filtering of emails is based on various methods, e.g. content check, URL check, selected DNSBL check, header check, sender check and is carried out again for each incoming message.
