Via the log search

For incoming messages, please click on "Logs" under "Incoming" and for outgoing messages click on "Outgoing" > "Log". Now search for the message you want to manage. In the details of the message you can view both the header and the text of the message as well as download it in .eml format or have it resent to you.

Via the "Search" function

Under "Archiving" > "Search - incoming" or "Search - outgoing" you can display all archived messages within a certain period of time. To do this, indexing must be carried out in the first step. To do this, enter the desired number of days for which the system should create an index. After the index has been requested, you can search it.

Depending on the number of requested days and server load, indexing may take several minutes! A maximum of 1000 messages will be displayed in this view.


Via the "Export" function

Of course, you also have the option to export the archived messages of your domain into a zip file. To do this, click on "Export" under "Archiving" and specify the desired time period. After clicking on "Export" there is a short waiting period until the download of a zip file is offered.

Depending on the number of desired days and server load, the export may take several minutes!
