Are you able to migrate existing archives?

Yes, the migration of your old messages into our archive is possible. Please note the following steps:

Export the desired messages in.eml format.

Divide the emails according to the corresponding domains and create a zip file. If you want to differentiate between incoming and outgoing messages, please create a separate zip file.

Please contact our support and provide us with a way to access the zip file.

We will now process all data and add it to your domain's EuropeanMX archive.

There are many export tools that can convert your messages from the existing .eml format to the open source format. If it is not possible to provide the messages in .eml format, we can also set up an IMAP account for you, into which you can copy the e-mails from your mail client.
